What is the age limit in New York to get a tattoo? What about NC? With and without parent consent?
i am seventeen years old and have wanted a certain tattoo for a while now. it does have meaning behind it, so don’t try to tell me not to get it because i will regret it…i wont. anyways, i live in NY but both of my parents are in NC.
