Should I feel bad or guilty that my parents have to pay for some of my college?

My last job just put me on a leave of absence for a dumb reason and now I have job to pay for my college. However, my parents are kind enough to me pay for my college payments and books. The only problem is that I’m use to paying everything for myself and have a job. I know that going college is more important than having a small job..but I just feel bad that parents have to help me. What you guys think?

  1. its their responsibility
i dont know anyone who pays for their own college
my parents have an account for me to pay for college
    im only fifteen

  2. well it’s good that you want to help out your parents and pay for your own college expenses, but if your parents have the money and they are willing to help you, then you shouldn’t feel bad. and its better if your parents help you to pay for college, then you having to take loans when your parents could easily have paid for your college expenses

  3. Your parents should have an idea that going to college is going to help you in the long run. Also, with financial aid and scholarships, they will be paying a small amount that they will be able to afford. I am sure your parents will much rather have you go to college and further your education than do nothing after high school.
